Add the option to “Open as Administrator” on Nautilus

How to enter the command in the context menu of the manager files to Ubuntu

If we want to open a folder with Administrator permissions, perhaps to perform operations not allowed to the normal user, we can add in context menu manager files the Open command as Administrator. This procedure is only valid if you have Nautilus.

Open the terminal and type the following command

sudo apt install nautilus-admin

then to restart Nautilus without restarting the computer run the following command

nautilus -q

The next use of Nautilus as we will see in the context menu, the Open command as Administrator for the folders and for the files to Edit as an Administrator.
